Tulsa Shock at San Antonio Silver Stars

The Tulsa Shock are the dreggs of the league since they moved from Detroit. The Shock own a brutal 7-52 mark in their 59 games since the move. This total is way off the mark for a lot of reasons, and it applies to both teams here in this one. Tulsa can't stop the good teams, those with a winning record on the season. They have played 13 games against a winning team, and 10 of the 13 have made it to 150 or higher in total points with the average being 160 total points per game, as compared to their 137 total points per game vs losing teams. San Antonio has met a similar fate in their games. When they face teams that are in the top 6 in the league in points allowed per game, they average a dismal 68.6ppg. It is a completely different story however when they get on the court vs a team in the bottom 6 on defense, where they are scoring at an alarming rate. Teams in the WNBA off a close loss of 3 or less, and playing at home to a total of 140 or more, are 57-23 to the over all-time. Same situation with a total of 150 or more, 34-10 to the over. San Antonio is also 61-39 to the over all-time vs teams that allow 73+ points per game, and 13-1 to the over the last 3 years vs teams called for 21+ fouls a game.
