Chicago Sky at Indiana Fever

Indiana flopped for us on Tuesday as it lost in Atlanta which was its third straight loss. The last two losses came on the road so a return home should get the Fever going once again as they are 7-2 at home this season and they have defeated the Sky in the last nine home meetings including the first one this season. You have to go all the way back to 2007 to find the last time Indiana lost four straight games and now that it has fallen out of first place by percentage points, the Fever respond huge tonight.

Chicago is coming off a win on Tuesday against Seattle which was its second win in three games and fourth win in six games. The problem for the Sky is that the home team went a perfect 6-0 in those games and they have struggled on the road this season, going 1-6 away from home. Only one of those six losses was a close one and all of the other five were by at least what the spread is for this game. Chicago has not defeated Indiana since September of 2009 and that game came in Chicago.

Indiana falls into a great situation here. Play on home favorites after a game where they made 80 percent of their free throws or better going up against an opponent after two straight games making 45 percent of their three-pointers or better. This situation is 23-3 ATS (88.5 percent) since 1997.
