It looks like Carpenter will get the start for St. Louis, but I like the Cards in this spot whether it’s him, Lohse or Jackson.  All indications are it will be Carp, who is 3-0 with a 3.30 ERA over five postseason starts this season.  The Cardinals are a perfect 8-0 in Carpenter's home starts this season when valued as a favorite of -150 or less.
