Cincinnati Reds at Toronto Blue Jays

4 Unit Play.  Take the Cincy Reds Under 8.5 @ Toronto Blue Jays (7pm est).  The Reds are a live dog today and I nearly took them at +110 and they are likely to rise even higher. Cueto comes off one of his worst starts of the year as he gave up 5 runs in less than 5 innings against the Whitesox on the road and prior to that he had scored 8 of 9 quailty starts.  If you remember, in one of the first blogs I wrote this year, I talked about Cueto having a solid year in the NL given that he was competing for one of the last rotation spots on the Reds organization from spring training. The young man has really come a long way with his stuff as he is 6-4 but more importantly with a 2.55 era on the year. I long for him to have a strong bounce-back effort as well as Cecil who comes off a game where he picked up a no-decision but lost 3-5. He has put together 4 of 5 quality starts since starting this year and he comes off two games where the Jays lost when he started on the road trip.  I believe he looks for the W at home as he likely pitches well. The Under is 6-1 when Cueto is a dog by this margin and the Under is 8-2 when Cueto starts as a road underdog overall.
