Pittsburgh Penguins at New York Rangers

3-unit Play Take #7 Pittsburgh Penguins over New York Rangers (7:05pm EST) The Pittsburgh Penguins come into this one on a three-game winning streak after suffering their through their worst stretch of the season, a six-game losing streak. But not only did the Penguins win those last three games, they absolutely dominated them. They had at least 41 shots on goal in each of the three victories, while holding their opponents to 26 shots or less. They've been pretty banged up also, but I really don't count that against this team as they have plenty of depth and pieces that fit well together. The New York Rangers have been fortunate to stay healthy all year and have gotten great goaltending from both of their netminders. I think the Rangers have peaked however, and we'll continue to see some value fading them for awhile. The last time these two teams hooked up in early January, the Rangers won 3-1 but Pittsburgh won the shots battle 38-21 and skated very well in a game they could have easily won. I look for the Penguins to get the upper hand tonight and notch a win.
