We have been riding the Lakers this whole series to mixed results but we think they get back on track in this series tonight. With the way this team performed in Phoenix they know this is a must-win tonight or their season is all the sudden in great jeopardy.  The Lakers are the better team here and they have absolutely dominated this series at home. This is a Lakers team that has struggled with motivation at times on the road this season but they have excelled as a mid-range favorite at home (21-13 ATS as a favorite of between 6 and 9 ½ points) while the Suns have struggled in a similar underdog role (3-7 ATS with the same parameters). The Suns are 0-5 in the last five meetings in LA, the home team has covered every meeting in this series and the favorite is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and we think these favorite trends will continue on Thursday.
