Quarterback depth is the secret to NFLX Success
by: Trev Rogers
One of the most important things to consider when betting the always tumultuous NFL preseason is that there is no single factor more important than the QB depth chart. There is money to be made betting the preseason, and it's amazing how often even the odds makers get this wrong. It's all about the 3-4 deeps, and to figure out how great the preseason depth is, put the most weight on the 3rd or 4th string quarterbacks and the least on the first string.
The preseason is a time where a good college quarterback at 3rd or 4th string can be the difference between victory and defeat. Following is the team by team NFL depth charts, which will help you see which teams have the right depth to win in preseason.
